SCHEDULE: Varies, days, weekends, holidays

SALARY RANGE: Salary commensurate with experience

JOB DESCRIPTION: Prepare or assist in preparing meals according to Weekly Menu Planner.  Clean all kitchen equipment, work areas and dining areas as required.  Able to perform duties without continuous supervision.  Able to lift 40-50 pounds.  Perform other duties as assigned.  Demonstrate teamwork and intra-departmental cooperation. Demonstrate initiative, professionalism and accountability.  Be courteous and respectful to patients and staff.

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 2 years cook/prep experience preferred.  Experience with  commercial kitchen equipment a plus.  Current food Handlers Permit.  Valid OR drivers license.
