JOB TITLE: Registered Nurse LOCATION ADDRESS: Eugene, Oregon JOB TYPE: Clinical JOB STATUS: On call SCHEDULE: All shifts SALARY RANGE: $25/hour JOB DESCRIPTION: Serenity Lane is a well respected chemical dependency treatment facility providing support and recovery for over 30 years. This R.N. position works in our licensed specialty hospital unit along with a team of experienced RN's, CNA's, CMA's, Detox Counselors, and physicians. The position collects objective and subjective data from observations, examinations, interviews and written records in an accurate and timely manner. Establishes and documents nursing diagnosis which serves as a basis for the plan of care. Gives direct care, assists with care, follows nursing orders. Provides an environment conducive to safety and health. Orientation provided.
