Program Results

Serenity Lane has been treating addictions since 1973. We are a private, not for profit organization who's only mission is to heal the addict/alcoholic and their families. Our programs, lasting a year or more in duration, cover the full spectrum of intensity from hospital detox to weekly Recovery Support. Internal studies have been conducted that demonstrate a very high success rate of recovery for those patients who complete their prescribed course of treatment. Even though ExSL patients are the "toughest of the tough" to treat, we've experienced excellent results!

We recently conducted outcome oriented research that studied patients who had successful completed ExSL treatment between March 2000 and February 2001. Patients were randomly selected from a pool of 123 until 25 complete surveys were obtained. Of those 25, 76% reported abstinence at the time of the survey, 59% were attending 12 Step meetings, 94% reported that their life had improved since treatment, 100% reported that their health had improved, and 88% reported heightened self-esteem. We are very proud of these results and believe it demonstrates our success with this difficult population. Is this a guarantee that ExSL will work? No! However, it demonstrates that we are skilled at helping relapse prone patients find answers they haven't been able to find before! ExSL, it works.
