Alcohol and drug dependency is a disease that affects all ages, races, and socioeconomic groups. Alcohol and drug dependency affects all aspects of family life and it can be treated.

New Hope is committed to helping individuals achieve sobriety and drug-free living. All treatment programs are confidential, licensed and accredited by the State of Oregon Health Division.

New Hope offers Serenity Lane's quality outpatient treatment to chemically dependent adults with limited financial resources.

The program provides:

  • Evaluation & Assessment
  • Individual treatment planning
  • Daytime and evening groups
  • Lectures
  • Group therapy
  • Intensive outpatient treatment
  • Individual counseling
  • Dual diagnosis group
  • Family counseling
  • Children's program
  • DUII treatment
  • Emphasizes a 12-step program
  • Recovery support

Individuals must be at least 18 years of age and have limited resources to pay for treatment. Initial evaluation and assessment is based on OSAM (Oregon Society of Addiction Medicine) criteria, and acceptance into the program includes, but is not limited to: motivation towards recovery, social network and/or incentives, and ability to attend all scheduled sessions.

Resources to support New Hope are provided by Serenity Lane and public funds, therefore, the cost of treatment is based on the client's ability to pay. A sliding fee scale takes into consideration the client's monthly income and number of dependents.
