Why Is Outpatient Alcohol Rehab The Right Choice For Me?

Since the beginning of time, alcohol consumption has been part of our culture. There are many reasons people may drink alcohol. The danger is that it can have dangerous side effects such as anxiety, depression, and socialization. After a hard week, what was once a great way to relax with friends and coworkers can quickly turn into a source of stress, depression, or other health problems. If you find us by searching ‘alcohol rehab near me‘, you have come to the right spot.

The alcoholism treatment program at Serenity Lane can help you navigate the complicated issue.

What Our Alumni Are Saying

Intensive Outpatient (IOP) in Portland

Most health insurance plans accepted.

Serenity Lane’s Portland outpatient offices provide a range of services designed to meet the needs of working professionals, families and individuals in need of comprehensive, effective substance-use disorder programming. Both of our Portland drug and alcohol rehab locations offer Level I outpatient and Level II Intensive Outpatient programming, DUII services, confidential assessments with care planning and family programming.

The Level II Intensive Outpatient Treatment program in South-East Portland is a ten-week program of group therapy, individual counseling and education about the disease of addiction. Treatment groups meet three times a week for 3 hours per session. The family support group meets weekly for three hours which includes a 90-minute family-only processing session followed by a 90-minute combined patient and family session.

In the Level I outpatient program patients meet once per week for 1-1/2 hours with a focus on learning to identify and manage stressful life events and to cope with the inevitable ups and downs of early recovery.

Recovery is one day at a time. It involves a personal daily recovery program that is developed by the patient and his/her counselor.
