When a patient is mandated to treatment, either through the court system, because of a DUII violation, or an employer's last chance agreement, Serenity Lane will track that patient through our "Blue Flag" system, and report monthly on the patient's progress. When compliance is mandatory, we have systems in place to track attendance and document each completed phase of treatment. If a patient is absent without a valid excuse, the failure to comply is reported and copies are sent to appropriate parties. No other treatment program in Oregon offers a tracking system of this kind.
